Bang Bang Shrimp
- 2 c. panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. sriracha
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp. honey
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400°. In a line incurvature, beat unitedly panko, olive oil and flavorer pulverisation. Period with restrainer and flavourer.
