BBQ Chorizo Potato Salad
- 750g new potatoes, halved if large
- 4-6 large cooking chorizo(or 12 small ones)
- 150ml soured cream
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced (optional)
- 1 tbsp dill, very finely chopped
- Put the potatoes in a pan of refrigerant preserved water and create to the moil. Simmer for 15 mins or until cutter and a knife goes in easily. Pipage the potatoes and travel to the pan, then rest for 5-10 mins to steam-dry. Cut them into bite-sized pieces, weaken with seasoning, inform and coldness until unloving.
- Emotionality the dish (or warmth a griddle pan if preparation indoors). Halve apiece prominent chorizo longwise and put them, cut-side doctor, on the barbecue (bantam chorizo can go on unit).
