blueberry Banana Bread (gluten, dairy & refined-sugar free)
- 2 + 1/2 cups of almond flour
- 2 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or coconut nectar or rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 + 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 350F and bloodline a medium-large slug pan with lambskin stuff
- In a titanic incurvation, mix all the dry ingredients together: almond flour, laurel & baking makeup.
- In another arena, union the aged mashed bananas, the eggs, applesauce, virginal maple, the coconut oil & the flavoring. Beat cured to integrate.
