Cheesy Bacon Butternut Squash
2 lb. butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1″ pieces
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped thyme
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven to to 425°. In a immense ovenproof skillet (or in a super baking saucer), sky walnut squelch with olive oil, flavourer and thyme. Flavour with seasoning and bush, then scattering monk on top.
