Coconut Peanut Noodles with Shredded Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 c. coconut milk
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 knob ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 lb. cooked lo mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 scallions, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  • In a ample mixing ball, mix palm river, peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, ail, flavorer, acetum, and dulcify until well organized.
