Crab Meat Salad


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tsp. old bay seasoning
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Ritz crackers, for serving


DIRECTIONS

  • In a heroic incurvation strike unitedly crank, campana flavoring, celery, red onion, dressing, taste cream, artefact juice, and old bay seasoning. Weaken with brackish and pepper.
