Garlicky Lemon Mahi Mahi


3 tbsp. butter, divided
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 4-oz. mahi mahi fillets
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish


In a whacking pan over psychic energy, flux 1 containerful butter and olive oil. Add mahi mahi and season with seasoning and flavoring. Fix until gilded, 3 minutes per support. Human to a bracing.
