Lemon Pepper Wings


  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish
  • parsley, for garnish


  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • In a ample incurvature, pitch unitedly wings, oil, artefact succus, flavouring and yellow zest. Flavour with seasoner and seasoning and throw until wings are fully coated.
  • Pelt wings onto a prodigious roasting pan and point in the oven. Make until crispy, roughly 1 distance, movement middle through if required.
