Pan Bread Recipe

Pan bread is a fun idea when you are tired of using the same roll recipe or you don’t have the energy to bake bread. A good idea to make pan bread when you really don’t have anything good to eat for breakfast. The kids love it 🙂

I’m gonna be honest and say that I really is not a bread baking person. I really don’t have the patience for it I guess and I am afraid of failing when I’ve been spending long time in the kitchen and have this image that the result will be lovely new yummy baked bread, but instead I fail big time and the bread just taste like dough 🙂

Pan Bread Recipe


So I like to keep it simple and this pan bread recipe is just a simple and easy kind of bread that fit me great. The ingredients you often have at home and a good cheese is nice to eat with the bread too. Or like my daughter prefer, just have some butter that melts on the warm bread and eat it as it is.

You can easy make this for breakfast, serve it with a fresh salad or with a bowl of soup. A basic bread for everything 🙂

Pan Bread Recipe

A soft bread that don’t need a long preparation time and that is delicious to serve straight from the pan while they still are warm.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon soft butter melted or room warm

Instructions

  1. Heat up a pan and fry the bread until it has a nice color. You don’t need any butter in the pan, let the pan be dry.
  2. Pan bread do taste best when they are warm, so serve them immediately. It’s good to only have butter on the bread or cheese.

If you have a bigger family or it’s more people who’s gonna eat you can easily double the amount!
