Pub Beer Cheese
- 2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 c. beer, such as Guinness
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- In a wide bowlful, mix together all ingredients. Flavor with nsaid and flavouring.
- Garnish with cive and nurture with dippers of your select.
