Pub Beer Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/4 c. beer, such as Guinness
  • 1 tbsp. chives
  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper



DIRECTIONS

  • In a wide bowlful, mix together all ingredients. Flavor with nsaid and flavouring.
  • Garnish with cive and nurture with dippers of your select.
