Sweet Strawberry Shortcake #christmas #dessert

we’re always complete after consuming the barbecued and selfmade treats at some point of the weekend so I desired to attempt some thing mild and refreshing for dessert. clean Strawberry Shortcake with Cream Cheese Frosting is the ideal end.  It is straightforward to make with only a few steps, plus Your freezer does most of the work which means you may spend greater time outside having fun.




Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12-ounce carton of whipped topping, divided
  • 2 ouncescream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 pounds of fresh strawberries, trimmed and sliced, plus extra for enhance
  • 3 massive eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/three cup water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla, divided
  • 1/four teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
